Cindy Jarman

Cindy Jarman has complete responsibility for all of the proprietary software used in the calculations performed by Pinnacle Arbitrage Compliance. Her responsibilities include daily database administration, design of new reports and supervision of any programming modifications to the system. Cindy developed the Arbitrage Rebate Calculation System (ARCS) Software used by Pinnacle while she was at Ernst & Young.
Cindy has over ten years of experience with all aspects of Business Intelligence technology including project management, software design, data warehousing, programming and database administration. Her prior database experience has been working with financial institutions and healthcare providers. In addition, she had five years of experience working for an investment banking firm in the areas of arbitrage rebate compliance, investment reporting and local government pools administration.
Cindy also serves as the Operations Manager for Pinnacle. She graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Arts in American Jurisprudence and Finance.
