Sally Johnson
Manager
Sally is a Manager in the Memphis, Tennessee office, where she coordinates the work flow of the office, serves as a Quality Advisor on rebate calculations, prepares complex rebate computations and related special analyses, assists in staff training and serves as a resource for the staff when technical questions arise.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, she worked at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2006. During her time at Ernst & Young, she worked in the Structured Finance practice as well as in the Arbitrage Rebate Services Group. During her three years in the Structured Finance practice, she served as project director and analyst on a variety of asset-backed bond transactions including work on the first and many subsequent Tobacco Settlement Agreement issues. As project director and analyst for the Structured Finance practice, she created transaction structure models, performed residual interest valuations and assisted in the development of an asset-backed security structuring program. During her time with the Arbitrage Rebate Services Group, Sally served as Project Director and Quality Advisor for a number of rebate calculations for clients from all over the country and assisted in the development and testing of the group’s arbitrage rebate calculation program.
In addition to her experience in preparing and reviewing arbitrage rebate engagements, Sally has experience preparing calculations involving swaps; commingled fund allocations; transferred proceeds allocations; universal cap allocations; yield restriction analyses; spending exceptions; and reserve fund restructuring analyses. She has also assisted clients in obtaining refund requests from the Internal Revenue Service.
Sally graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
