Christy Robertson
Manager
Christy, a Manager in the Phoenix, Arizona office, is responsible for managing the daily operations and engagements of the Phoenix office. She also serves as a Project Director and Quality Advisor on complex rebate calculations and related special analyses. Christy has been providing arbitrage rebate compliance services since 1998. Prior to joining Pinnacle Arbitrage Compliance LLC, Christy was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP where she served as Project Director and Quality Advisor on over 1,000 rebate calculations.
As a Project Director, Christy coordinates all of the required rebate calculations for many clients across the country and supervises all aspects of each engagement for which she is responsible. As a Quality Advisor, she performs a detailed technical review of the rebate calculation to ensure compliance with the Regulations. In addition to her experience preparing arbitrage rebate engagements, Christy also has experience with computing commingled fund allocations; determining transferred proceeds allocations; preparing yield restriction analyses; preparing spending exception calculations; analyzing complex escrow structures; preparing universal cap allocations; preparing yield period election analyses for variable rate bond issues; and preparing complex bond yield calculations.
Christy graduated from Millsaps College with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. To continually broaden her knowledge of bond-related topics and issuer’s concerns, Christy regularly attends industry workshops and conferences sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Government Finance Officers Association, the Council of Development Finance Agencies, and various other organizations.
